1. What we collect
Account data: dealership name, email, city and, if you provide it, a phone number. Usage data: how many photos were processed, when, and in which mode.
The photos you upload and the processed versions. Nothing else — we do not collect location, contacts or browsing history outside the platform.
2. What we use it for
To run the service: process the photos, charge the subscription, show the history in the dashboard and notify you when a batch finishes.
To improve the product: we look at aggregate metrics such as average time and failure rate. We do not train models on your photos.
4. How long we keep it
Photos: while the account is active, and for 30 days after cancellation — after that they are permanently deleted.
Account and billing records: for the period required by applicable tax law.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data at any time, from the dashboard or by writing to hello@carphoto.app.
Deletion requests are handled within 15 days. We confirm by email once complete.
6. Security
Encrypted traffic, files in private storage reachable only through temporary links, and passwords stored hashed. If an incident affects your data, we notify you and the relevant authority.
